About This Plant

Otto Luyken Cherry Laurel is a compact evergreen with glossy dark green leaves and fragrant creamy-white flower spikes in spring. Its spreading habit provides dense year-round coverage without the height of standard English laurel, making it useful for low hedges, foundation plantings, borders, and massing. It tolerates sun to shade and a range of soils once established, though moist, well-drained conditions support the best growth.
